learn
Whether you’re a school leaver looking to start your journey into employment, or a professional looking to further your career, Learn Local can give you the skills and qualifications to get ahead in your field. Learn Local is a Victorian Government initiative that helps adults of all ages and experience further their education through local education partners.
As a Learn Local provider we have a number of studying options for people in Broadmeadows and the wider Victorian Community. Through the Learn Local program, you can enrol in a partially or fully subsidised course with Brite Institute that can help further skills for study, work and life. When you choose to study with Brite Institute, you are choosing to study through an organisation that focuses on creating education and employment opportunities for people with disability within the Broadmeadows community.

Our Students
“My son couldn’t be more happy with Brite. He loves going to work there, meeting friends and feeling like a grown up working.
The staff there never hesitate in being there for me [as a parent] as well. My son never wants to miss a day, which tells me a lot. If he could work more days there he would.
Thank god for Brite; our kids need places like this for giving them independence and a sense of worth.”
“Brite provides a necessary and wide range of services to the community. We’ve been associated with Brite for 29 years through two of my children. They both enjoy working at Brite, it gives them a sense of contributing and a reason to get up in the morning”
