Before you start with us, we’ll show you around Brite and introduce you to a few of our people. We’ll talk with you to find out about what you’d like to do.

At the start you’ll do some training that’s useful and fun. You’ll learn about how to work, what we expect from our employees and what you can expect from us.

Then you’ll get to work in different areas of our business so that you can find the job that you like best. We have a packing area, a warehouse, a nursery and more, so there’s something for everyone.

You’ll work in a safe and supported environment. And we provide genuine on the job training to continually build your skills and confidence.

We can help you to develop your NDIS plan and make things happen because we’re a registered and experienced NDIS service provider. You can make getting a job at Brite one of your NDIS plan goals.

It’s all about making your life better. At Brite, we can help you do that.
